2015 Mitsubishi NX Pajero
After much research I chose the Chip My Diesel standard unit as I did not want to be tinkering with it. Installed only two days ago (bit fiddly but straightforward) and I am delighted with the results. The car runs smoother and more positively and it looks like the economy is at around 10-20% better. Daniel was also extremely patient and helpful. Can't wait to hook up the van and feel the improvement.
Mitsubishi MN
Can't believe the difference in repsonce, smooth quick and even got the fuel economy, at 80 kms got reading of 6.8 litres per hundred, and at 100 kms got 7.7, down from 11 litres per hundred. Makes a change to get what's paid for and product says it does..and at a reasonable price.
Greatchip now Greatwall
Purchased December 2016 after much research. Have had my v200 for the last 2 years and sick of driving it like it was stolen. So had enough so was able to try before i buy thanks to Daniel. He did not have to remove as i was so impressed. No more lag and heaps more responsive with power. Kicking myself should of done it two years ago. Have a ute that is reasonable to drive. Big test will be fuel economy and towing my campervan. Thanks happy days😆

I have bought one of these pro units and took my fuel economy immediately from 11.8 down to 8.2
I tweeked the low and mid range setting up one number and it changed the vehicle massively!! Verry impressed! Low to mid torque range is awesome for overtaking without changing back gears. Towing is a breeze now with an 18ft twin axle van. average fuel now with great torque and pwr is 9.1 l/100km.
Great bang for buck

Road Test using Dashboard Readout and driving in Cruise Control (figs. in lts/100km.)
Setting 4
Idle 1.4 - 1.5
90 kph 6th gear 4.5 - 5.4
8th gear 4.1 - 4.8
100 kph 8th gear 5.6 - 6.0
Setting 5
Idle 1.2 - 1.3
90kph 6th gear 4.5 - 4.9
8th gear 4.0 - 4.5
100 kph 8th gear 5.4 - 5.8
(Variations are due to slight undulations in road surface)
Fuel Consumption is in the lower range on setting 5, and seems to be more power from 1800 revs up. It kicks down quicker and takes off more in setting 5.
Normal Fuel Consumption without the chip is around 7.2 - 7.6 at 106 kph - so there's a definite improvement.
However, it has to get to 80 kph before changing into top gear D8 - so it cruises around town in D7 at 65kph - which might use more fuel ??
I'll do a full tank in setting 5, and another in setting 4 and report back on mileage.
Cheers to James & the Crew - a great product which will pay for itself within 1 year.
